Have you ordered something, but it is not as expected? Then you can choose to return your product if it is still unworn and undamaged. The return period is 30 days. You can pack the package well and return it at your own expense. As soon as the products have arrived at me, I will refund the order amount to your account within 3 to 4 days. Products that are custom made (i.e. that you have not ordered in the webshop) cannot be returned.

As soon as you have returned your order, you can place a new order in the webshop.

Make sure that the jewelry does not come into contact with moisture or chemicals. Take off your jewelry while sleeping, showering, exercising, etc.

There are jewelry such as anklets that can withstand moisture. This is then stated in the product description.

Products are made by hand, so it can happen that something unexpectedly breaks. Does something break within six months, with normal use? In most cases you can send it back and it will be made/replaced free of charge. The shipping costs are for your own account.

Will your jewelry break after the warranty? Send me a message and I can see what I can do for you. Often stones or other parts can be replaced.
