First of all, I cannot give one piece of advice for short hair earrings. There are many different short haircuts. Do you have a classic short haircut or a modern short haircut? With a classic short haircut you can opt for smaller studs or pearls, for example. If you have a modern short haircut, you can vary a little more with shapes and types of earrings. What is also very nice to wear asymmetrical earrings, so 1 long earring and 1 short earring, that is also possible with an asymmetrical haircut.
You can also look at the shape of your face. As a basic rule, don't get earrings shaped like your face. Do you have a round head? Then choose oval earrings. And what is the occasion? At a party you naturally wear different earrings than at a business meeting.
Which earrings for short hair and glasses?
When choosing earrings, it is also important to see what other accessories you have. For example, if you wear glasses, it is useful to take this into account. In the most ideal case, everything is in balance, so with glasses you choose earrings that are not too long/large.
You can of course match your earrings with your glasses in terms of color. What I always find important is the color of the metal. For example, if you have gold colored glasses, I would also opt for gold colored jewelry and the same goes for silver. Which style do you have in terms of glasses and do you want to continue this style or are you looking for a contrast? I myself am usually of the modern style, but I also think it is cool to combine classic with tough, for example pearls with leather. Which earrings should you not wear with short hair?
The most important thing when choosing earrings is the answer to the question. Does this make my face look better? I gave the advice above not to wear round earrings with a round head, but if you like that, then do it! It is only a 'guideline' and of course there are always exceptions.
It is usually not recommended to wear very long earrings with short hair, but if you have a long neck and would like to emphasize this, long earrings can be beautiful. With a short neck in combination with longer earrings you make your neck optically shorter.
